Cocktail of the Week
Blackberry Pear Bellini
- 3 oz Gin
- 1/3 oz Blackberry Brandy
- 2/3 oz Pear Juice
- Champagne – chilled, to top
- 1 Blackberry – for garnish
Add gin, pear juice, and blackberry brandy to a chilled champagne flute. Fill with chilled champagne. Garnish with a blackberry.
