At Get Community, our Fly Tours are an essential, lifestyle sales tool that helps potential homebuyers get an immersive, in-depth view of the community they are interested in. Currently, River Islands is using it in their Welcome Center as a way to invite people to explore all of their amenities. At Signature PGA WEST®, built by Woodbridge Pacific Group, Fly Tours is used to show off their incredible golf course community (more than the model homes). Fly Tours is also a great resource of information! Buyers can submit their information via a form if they want to learn more about specific locations within the Fly Tour’s map, AND the community’s website is embedded in specific locations so that users can gain more knowledge about the community and area.
We took a look at our stats of River Islands and Signature from August 2021 to February 28th, 2022:
- Visitors viewed Fly Tours 57k times
- They viewed for a total of 955k seconds or 15,916 minutes which translates to over 265 hours
- They stayed on the page for an average of 30 seconds
We concluded that people are engaging well with the platform! They are spending time going through the product with an emphasis on River Island’s amenities—such as the lakes, Boathouse, Welcome Center, bridge, and Technology Academy.
Signature PGA West
- The Fly Tours were visited 18k times
- They were viewed for a total of 534k seconds or 8,900 minutes which translates to over 148 hours
- Users were on the page for an average of 33 seconds per session
Signature PGA WEST® garners a lot of views because people are very interested in their golf course amenities, which definitely got the most clicks. We hope to use Fly Tours to drive more users to view Signature’s homes in the future.
